Sausage and Potato Irish Bake

Sausage and Potato Irish Bake Ingredients:

  • Sausage (chicken apple sausage or any other kind your family will eat)

  • Potatoes (unpeeled or peeled, cubed)

  • Cabbage (sliced or pre-cut for coleslaw)

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Slice sausage into 1-2" chunks.

  3. Toss sausage, cubed potatoes, and sliced cabbage together on an oiled sheet pan.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes (checking after the first 15 minutes) until the potatoes are softened and everything is starting to brown.

  6. Serve hot.
