Baked Potato & Chili Bar Ingredients:
Baked potatoes
Clean ingredient chili (1-2 cans, depending on family size)
Frozen veggies of your choice
Grated cheese
Sliced green onions or chives
Sour cream
Butter
Crumbled bacon
Instructions:
Bake the potatoes (in the pressure cooker, microwave, air fryer, or oven).
Heat up the chili in a pot on the stove.
Steam frozen veggies of your choice.
Put out grated cheese, sliced green onions or chives, sour cream, butter, crumbled bacon, and whatever other toppings you like on potatoes.
Let everyone make their chili-topped baked potato.
Serve with frozen veggies of choice on the side.
